Vippy | Bar Ordering App

 

Designing and launching a mobile app to help people order drinks quickly and beat queuing in bars.

 

After getting frustrated for the millionth time over the bar ordering system in UK clubs and bars, IU decided to create a solution – Vippy, an app that allows you to order and pay for your drinks from your phone, sending you a notification when they’re ready.

Working with a team of developers and a graphic designer I designed the user experience and look and feel of the app, branded it ‘Vippy’ with accompanying logo, copywrote all elements of the app and surrounding comms, managed the process to get it developed and launched it in 3 bars – all in just 6 months.
